on life:
a lot of people seem to think they know what's best for you, but it
seems to me that if I barely know myself then there's not much chance
that anyone else would have the slightest clue?

on design:
think carefully about what is required of the design.
each project has a unique set of goals and problems. ask yourself
what problems are you being presented with in the project.
what are some different ways to solve those problems?
which solutions are most appropriate?
(oh, and don't forget to eat & sleep from time to time)

	Annette Loudon is a designer at Construct, a Web design company she co-founded. although life at Construct has always been a little bit beyond challenging, she's stuck with them because she can't imagine there'd be any other Web company with such a deep understanding & respect for the Web's finer qualities.
