| Above Grounds is a business in Austin whose mission is to bring Christians in Austin together. How will do this through a web site? Well, that's what we tackled, much to the public's satisfaction.
This web site is FUN; it was also the first dissemination of the idea and image of Above Grounds to the public. The site combines a basic business-like design (using a horizontal menu bar header) with grungy band / coffee shop elements to form a very exciting and informational web site. It has a database driven directory, an ecommerce store, and all the information a Christian in Austin
could want. |

| Who thought a bunch of lawyers would be fun and easy to work with? This team is. The web site reflects their class, professionalism and attention to detail, and their devotion to every one of their clients. One primary goal was to keep users on the site longer so that they will truly understand how these lawyers are different. The Firm has since seen their web site's average user time double, which makes for a more cost-effective google adwords campaign. |

| A unique aspect of this event is that it is held at an exotic game ranch just south of Austin. I attempted to capture a "western Texas hill country" design style in the invitation and program to be consistent with the name and location of the fundraising event. This was Sko Design Lab's first large-scale pro-bono project. |
