Document Control
Cincinnati-based entertainment/museum design and production company is seeking a full-time document control and project control specialist for a large attraction project in the United Arab Emirates. Job includes the organization of a project data base, including contract documents, CAD drawings and supporting project information. Other duties involve the effective distribution of project documents; maintaining hard and electronic project files; and communicating with worldwide project team members through reports and schedules.
A successful candidate should be detail-oriented; possess excellent communication skills; have a high level of computer/software knowledge, including a high proficiency in Primavera 5; experience with contracts; and the ability to travel and possibly relocate. A minimum three to five years experience in the construction and/or production fields is a must.
